Voki Tip of the Week: Changing Your Voki Login Emails

So you’re a long time Voki fan and want to have a new email address associated with your Voki account. This is the scoop on how this feature works in Vok and Voki Classroom.
For Basic Voki Users:
Basic Voki users’ emails cannot be changed, but you can easily create a new account with a different email! To copy your Voki to your new account, check our blog post on How to Copy a Voki. You can also log into your old account as much as you need.
For Voki Classroom Users:
Voki Classroom users can change their emails. Here’s what you can do:
- Log into your Voki Classroom account.
- Click on the My Account tab.
- Under Personal Settings, click the Edit option on the Email Address line.
- Type in your new email and click Save. You will receive a notification informing you that your email address has been updated.

I created a voki account and went to some trouble to create an avatar and a write a introductory speech for my library orientation tomorrow.
When I went to publish, I was informed that the avatar was only availabe to Voki Classroom users. And yet, you allowed me to create the avatar.!!! I am not impressed. I chose a classic character. These aren’t available with a free subscription? Now my whole introductory text is lost because I typed it into the box.
Please explain what I can do with a free account. I thought Voki was cool and easy. Apparently not.

Thank you for your comment. Sorry to hear that you are having problems. Voki Classroom characters can be previewed in the basic Voki editor by everyone. I just opened an account and every avatar I create( 4 times) gets rejected with a message that it is only available for VOKI classroom,very frustrated
