It has been almost a year since we first introduced the revolutionary educational tool, Voki Classroom. We have worked hard to constantly make improvements based on the valuable feedback from the Voki Community. This summer, we are super excited to introduce one of the most commonly requested features: the Voki Classroom FREE Trial!

Q: How does the FREE Trial work?

A: To get started with your 15 Day FREE Trial, all you need to do is sign up for 1 or 2 year Voki Classroom subscription. Click the Get Voki Classroom button and you’re on your way!

Q: What kinds of features can I get in Voki Classroom that I can’t get with basic Voki?

A: Tons! Voki Classroom offers unlimited access to all Voki avatars, including 3D PhotoFace characters and Politicians. Teachers are given the ability to manage Classes and Assignments, control student privacy, set Assignment deadlines, leave feedback, and assign writing tasks!   1. Great. You have a free trial period. What about your paying customers? I have an account. I log in and set up an avatar. When I go to “publish,” I get an error message that says, basically, that I don’t have an account. But I do!

    Suggestion? How about a link, a readily visible link to Voki customer service?

    If someone knows who to contact, or how to resolve this, please let me know. I’m really just about done with this program. Liz

    1. Hi Elizabeth,

      We just added a about 50 new characters to Voki and Voki Classroom, with most of these new characters available only to Voki Classroom customers (“Premium”). The Premium characters have a little graduation cap on the upper right corner each character’s thumbnail image. The Premium characters cannot be saved or published in the basic version of Voki at this time even if you are a Voki Classroom subscriber.

      We are working on a solution to this problem. Hopefully within the next 5 days, Voki Classroom users will be able to access all characters in the Voki editor. Until then, you can create a student account for yourself in Voki Classroom and edit these characters.

      1. Well, okay, thank you for responding. But how hard would it have been to post an announcement on the site basically saying that characters with graduation caps were “under construction”? Liz

  2. It hasn’t been 15 days and they charged me. I need to talk to a customer service representative now to cancel it.

  3. I am having the exact same problem! I signed up for a 15 day classroom trial and have been charged for it, even though it has not been 15 days. I tried to cancel this, but where do I send an email? I have tried the voki website and every time I have sent one, it comes back “unsendable”. Please advise as I do not want to be charged for this.

    1. Hi Sue,

      The charge you see on your credit card is an authorization check. You were not actually charged, but a pending transaction appeared on your card to check if sufficient funds are available. But we truly have no control over the authorization check process. Please note that the funds will be released within 3-5 business days but this really depends on the credit card and bank!

      You can always uncheck the automatic billing option in your account. Just log in and click on the My Account tab!

  4. I do not want to continue the 15 day trial- I DO NOT want you to charge my account. I am not able to find a contact us, or cancel account tab….. this site is not user friendly!!! Your product does not suite my needs- I tried one video and am not happy.

  5. wow. no comments since 2014. I tried Voki and i thing it is wonderful tool, but my needs are different than voki, I delete my paypal information after i tried for days aprox and i just want to make sure. i wont be charge for that. thank you
