  1. When you sign up and pay for a classroom account, how many student Voki’s can be made? Unlimited? Or is the annual fee per student?

    1. Hi There!

We love the idea of creating a version of the Voki website not only in French, but many other languages. While an update like this isn’t in the immediate future, it is definitely part of our long term goals. We are excited to offer a large variety of languages with our Text-to-Speech voices which hopefully you are already taking advantage of.

Thanks so much for your feedback!

  4. I am trying to figure out what the cost would be to set up an account for 100-150 students per quarter. I have a turnover of roughly 178 students per quarter during the year and would like them to add a Voki to their webpages in my class. Thanks

    1. Hi!

You can sign up for a 1 year or 2 year subscription for Voki Classroom (http://www.voki.com/products.php). Each teacher may add as many as 100 students and 5 classes. If you require additional student accounts or classes, you can easily enable more. Simply click on the My Account tab and click Add More next to Student accounts or Classes. Right now we have a 15 day free trial for Voki Classroom! So you can definitely try it out!

  6. When I login as a student, there is no option to click on the edit button. The student has a voki and doesn’t seem to have the capability to create another one.
Additionally, how does a student delete a voki? Thanks

    1. Hi There! If you are using Voki Classroom, then your teacher will have to mark your Voki as “Try Again” for you to edit it. If she still hasn’t reviewed it, you can go in and edit until she does so. Vokis cannot be deleted in Voki Classroom. Once they are Approved, they cannot be edited either. Hope that helps!

      1. I understand it comes with 100 students and 5 classes. I was just wondering if each student is only allowed to create one Voki? That seems to be the case. Thanks

      2. You can assign as many lessons as you want, and each student within that class will be prompted to complete a Voki. Therefore, students can create unlimited Vokis. There is only one Voki per lesson.

  7. I signed up for the 15 day free trail today and was unhappy, so I went in as directed and stopped autopay so I would not be billed after 15 days. MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT TODAY!!! I cant find a number to call your accounting department. – Very dishonest! I am lucky I printed out my Invoice #40662 – I will be going to my bank and filing a complaint so they can retrieve my money.

    1. Hi Tammy,

The charge you see on your credit card is an authorization check. You were not actually charged, but a pending transaction appeared on your card to check if sufficient funds are available. But we truly have no control over the authorization check process. Please note that the funds will be released within 3-5 business days but this really depends on the credit card and bank!
